Play video game, become pro racecar driver...

Remember all those times your parents would say that playing video games will get you nowhere? Ha, what fools......

 Think you're a gun at Gran Turismo 5? Well now you can prove it by getting online and registering for GT Academy and be in the running for a chance to become a professional race car driver for real.

You will need to compete in several regional time trials and finish in the top 32 of the virtual racers in order to progress forward and compete in the live national GT academy finals where you will go head-to-head with the best of the best.

If you're good enough to come out of that round in the top 16 you will then compete in a 5 day pro racing training camp in which you will get behind the wheel of a real Nissan, on a real track to show 'em what you got.

When it comes to the end of the course, if you have what it takes to wipe the floor with the other 15 contestants you will then venture down the path of intense training to become a real pro, competing as part of a professional race team.
